Floor below slurpee machines has been cleaned Floor in much better condition throughout the lobby after cleaning. FRP board installed on shelving in back room food storage area Confirmed the 2 upper shelves are hot holding PHF's at >60c. Monitoring logs on site. Ensure logs always remain on site and are recorded daily when in operation
