-Bean sprouts on ice. Ensure ice is added as needed and water is changed to maintain <=4 deg. C
-Hand wash stations were clear and unobstructed
-All foods protected (stored properly, covered etc.)

-3 door cooler unit was at 4 deg. C

*Noted orange home depot bins still on site but not used for food. Operator to remove bins from premises immediately. Discussed.
