-bleach water buckets with wiping rags stored in them at 200ppm
-dishwasher sanitizing at dish level at 100ppm
-temperature logs in use for cooler and freezer but generally only once a day, ensure to record in both AM and PM
-walk in freezer at -20C
-walk in cooler at 2C, food storage good
-chemical storage is in separate room
-some fruit flies noted in back room around bananas but no other pests observed
