Spoke to owner on phone, informed EHO that no other changes made. - Health Approval Application form provided on site, must be completed and return to Abbotsford Health Protection. NOTE: Install a paper towel dispenser at the hand sink - Cooler at 2C - Ice cream freezer at -19C - Food stored off ground and well organized - General sanitation of facility is good
