Observation: Evidence of pests in one monitoring trap. Building is newer - licenced pest control every two weeks.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with your monitoring and follow advice of pest control expert. Seal any gaps where pests may enter (check gap under double door to south of dining area). Clean and continue to keep food in pest proof bins.

Observation: General cleaning and sanitizing is good. Some food debris noted on floor in hard to reach areas.

Coolers (self serve, upright coolers, prep, under oven, juice cooler, milk) - are at 4 C/ 40F or colder - good.
Hot holding - none observed today.
Cooking - reviewed cooking/reheating temperatures - good.
Temperature records are being kept - good. Staff aware of required temperatures and food safety procedures.
Food dates - good.
Hand washing - hot/cold water provided at both hand sinks. Paper towels required at main hand washing sink - see above.
Supervisor states has Food Safe level 1 certificate <5years old. Check dates and take refresher course before certificate expires (www.foodsafe.ca Refresher course).
Quats - 200ppm in labelled spray bottle /used on food contact surfaces - good.
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse (180F at the final rinse gauge/ 160F or hotter measured inside of the machine using temperature strip) - good.
