Comments

-Follow-up inspection to confirm compliance with corrective actions outstanding from July 14th inspection:
-Dishwasher is now capable of reaching minimum sanitizing temperature of 71 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
*Employees using the dishwasher must confirm that the final rinse gauge temperature reading is at 180 degrees Fahrenheit (or higher) for each load of dishware fed through the machine.
-Continue monitoring the food premises for pest activity, clean up and disinfect areas where rodent droppings are found, and report activity findings to the pest control technician
