Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer from spray bottle for front of store was around 50ppm
Corrective Action(s): QUATS sanitizer was refilled from dispenser and measured about 200ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): As per operator, facility has issues with the boiler in which it is turned off over night.

As per operator the vents are on all the time, in the evening when no one is in the store it gets cold and the boiler turns off. The operator also explained that this is usually the issue in the summer time but not winter time.
Corrective Action(s): In the morning when they open the boiler is turned on. Hot water can run through the taps in about 10min. For the operator to provide further discussion as to why this happens to the Environmental Health Officer.

Freezer with label #2 was at -11C, food was frozen on the side
Fridge with sliding door was at 3C
Fridge with sliding door close to prep area in the back was at 4C
Fridge with one door was at 3C
Freezer closest to front of kitchen was -11C, food was frozen on the inside
Fridge closest to the front of kitchen was at 4C
Fridge under table with one door was at 3C
Pull out cooler drawer was at 4C
Hot holding unit for soup measured over 60C

FOODSAFE Level 1 Valid until July 2026
No signs of pests
QUATS sanitizer from dispenser measured 200ppm
No pests at time of inspection
Hand sinks (x3) had disposable paper towel and soap.
High temperature dishwasher was at 71C by end of inspection. Operator to have temperature log and waterproof thermometer for dishwasher by next inspection.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
