Ensure dishwasher final rinse pressure gauge is displaying the proper final rinse pressure to show that the dishwasher is operating in good working order

***Food Safety Plan: "Raw Oyster Warning" is still missing from the menu. Make correction to the menu.

* Oyster tags are now organized in binder by "weeks ago labels". Organize tags by Months ie "March", "February", "January". This will make it easier to track and to retain the most recent 3 months of tag data.

Underside of shelving directly above food preparation surfaces has been cleaned
