Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use glove found in brown sugar container in storage room. These items are single use only and must be thrown out, if left in food it can cause contamination. Dispose of glove today and do not store single use items in then.

-Food warmer at 74 deg. C
-Undercounter cooler #1 at 3 deg. C (milk)
-Undercounter cooler #2 at 3 deg. C
-Undercounter cooler #3 at 2 deg. C
-Naked cooler at 4 deg. C
-Sandwich display cooler at 2 deg. C
-Chest freezer at -24 deg. C
-Undercounter cooler in back storage room at 1 deg. C

-Temperature logs taken every 2 hrs
-All QUATs sanitizer spray at 200 ppm
*Spoke to operator about switching the spray bottle to a bucket with a cloth. This is acceptable as long as solution is changed regularly to maintain 200 ppm and cloths are fully submerged.
-In use utensils (i.e. bubble tea spoons) must be washed and sanitized every 4 hours.
-Staff are FOODSAFE certified and have certificates on site
-Professional pest control on site, no signs of pests during time of inspection
-All hand wash stations stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Reviewed manual dishwashing - no concerns
-General sanitation satisfactory.
