Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buckets of sanitizer was made upon arrival and cloths were not kept in sanitizer solution. Adequate sanitizer solution is required to maintain equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces in sanitary condition. Ensure sanitizers are available and changed every 2h or when dirty.
