Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ambient temperature of the outside upright cooler was approximately 8C.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods were moved to working coolers. Monitor the cooler to ensure that it is able to reach and maintain 4C, and repair/replace if necessary.
