Broccoli stored near raw chicken and eggs stored above onions in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Separate personal items from items used for the food premises.
Do not store shoes on top of food boxes.
Keep items like phones, chargers and headphones off food counters.
Keep raw meats, raw shellfish and eggs on one side of the walk-in cooler.
Correct immediately.

Observation: Flies observed throughout entire establishment, especially in the dry storage room. Pooling water noted in the space between walk-in freezer and dry storage room.
A few rodent dropping seen in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean dry storage room. Clean up spills quickly. Remove any pooling water. Empty bottles and cans should be removed from premises routinely. Equipment/shelves/walls should be cleaned frequently so that they do not have any food residue on them.
Consult pest control company.

Hand washing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
Coolers at 4 C or below.
Freezers at -18 C or below.
Hot holding above 60 C.
Bleach sanitizer available throughout premises - ensure bottles are labelled.
High temperature dishwasher registered a minimum temperature of 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse.
