Note:
The whole casino (excluding the hotel side) has only one dishwasher right now, in buffet kitchen. Buffet has at least 80 seats, and once patio seating is done there will be an extra of 40+ seats in that facility. Personas has 140+ seats. Customers at all bars can also order food to eat, adding the amount of dishware the lone dishwasher has to wash throughout the day. If the dishwasher goes down, there is not a big dishwashing area to do manual dishwashing for all the dishware that facilities use throughout the day. A second dishwasher is needed in facility, preferably in Personas side. Please submit floor plans to our office/City for approval no later than MAY 31, 2018. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action (ie. reduce seating of each facility, correction order, etc). |
