Observation: Glasswasher dispensed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. This is inadequate to properly sanitize the cups and other food contact surfaces.
Correction: Fix the glasswasher and ensure that the sanitizer dispenses min 50ppm concentration. Use the high temperature dishwasher located in Dad's Bistro kitchen in the meantime.
