A follow-up inspection completed - floor has been repaired and sealed with epoxy, It is smooth, level, sealed, and cleanable. - Coolers are 4C or colder; freezers -18C; and temps recorded dailly - Washroom sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot + cold water. - Shelves present to store all foods 6" off the floor. - SP + FSP approved - General sanitation is good. No signs of pests. - Purchase and install thermometers in each cooler + freezer unit. - Premises built as per approved floor plans. - Approval to operate granted.
