Observation: OUTSTANDING: rodent droppings found in parts of the unit next door used for storage
Front customer service counter area must be thoroughly cleaned out as there is mice droppings and shredded insulation as well as the smell of rodent urine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that this area is cleaned and organized. Sanitize surfaces using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.

Observation: outstanding: shredded insulation behind the chest freezers. Operator is slowly emptying the freezer so it is more manageable to move.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that behind the freezer is cleaned and sanitized using a bleach water mixture.
