Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed on some of the food container from running through the dishwasher. Staff was not cleaning off large food pieces from the containers before loading them into the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all large food pieces are cleaned / rinsed off the container before loading them into the dishwasher. Dishwasher is unable to properly sanitize the container with food pieces on them. Clean and sanitize all dirty utensils and plates again.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (walk-in, stand-up, prep) maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers (walk-in, stand-up) functional.
- Soups hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in buckets and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 74C at plate level.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records sporadically maintained. Ensure they are properly maintained on a daily basis.
