-Submit the last two pest control reports to Fraser Health within one week.

Walk-in cooler was at 3 C.
A small amount of droppings was found on site.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Cleaning procedures discussed.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
