-The walk in cooler cannot be used for plating food. Alternatively, the area adjacent to the 2-compartment sink in the back can be used. -Submit the last two pest control reports to Fraser Health within one week. Walk-in cooler was at 3 C. A small amount of droppings was found on site. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Cleaning procedures discussed. General sanitation was satisfactory.
