Handwashing sink is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
Low-temperature dishwasher registered at 50-100 ppm for chlorine. Ensure sanitizer concentration is verified prior to use and documented.
**Surface sanitizer such as chlorine or Quats must be available when kitchen is in use. Follow the dishwashing poster for making a sanitizer solution.
**Cleaning required in the nook behind the dishwashing sinks and in the cupboards. Remove dust/debris/spider-webs.
