Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-BA3RVK of Mar-08-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Preparation counter handsink does not have hot water supply. Front entry handsink is obstructed with food equipment and utensils. Correction: Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser. Repair hot water supply at preparation area handsink. Relocate food equipment / utensils to grant access to entrance handsink.
