A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; and thermometers present. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves. - Non-food items (toiletries, stationary, pet food, etc.) stored separately from food items. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Floors and walls are durable, sealed and cleanable. There are some areas of the walls that have chipped paint and dents in them, but these conditions currently are not affecting the safety and sanitation of the premises. - Owner stated that he will be closing the business in December 2022.
