Warehouse with retail store for sale of pre-packaged foods only which includes frozen potentially hazardous foods. - Warehouse and retail area maintained in organized manner with food items stored off of the floor - Walk-in freezer (warehouse) -21C - Reach-in freezers -26C, -25C - Chest style freezer -24C - Reach-in cooler 3C Note: Only beverages and packages of wraps stored in cooler. No potentially hazardous foods at time of inspection. - No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with regular service. - Handsinks in staff break area and staff washrooms maintained with hot and cold running, liquid soap and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer present and is used on high contact surfaces within customer retail area.
