Routine Inspection
- Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below degree Celsius. Clean the walk in cooler fan grill.
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius. Two white stand up freezer in the staff only room have some ice accumulation. Remove the ice.
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available
