General sanitation - good;
Front hand washing station and three-compartment sink supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
All coolers (sandwich, walk in, under-counter) < or = to 4C.
Walk-in freezer at - 22 C;
All food items are stored in plastic insert containers with lids, dated, and labeled.
Hot holding units > or = 60 C;
Three compartment sink - satisfactory;
Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm concentration (spray bottles & at the three-compartment sink main dispenser);
Dry storage area - satisfactory;
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
