Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- The wall beside the meat slicer was washed cleaned and repainted. The surface is clean, sealed, and durable.
- The bag of onions and the extra food containers & cookware have been relocated out of the staff washroom. The extra food containers and cookware are being stored on shelves in the kitchen, and the onions are in a bin on a platform by the dry foods area.
- The dishwasher no longer leaks water, but the rinse cycle temperature was 67.9C at the plate's surface. The owner has contacted a repairman to service and fix the dishwasher. Staff are sanitizing dishes by soaking cleaned dishes in a bleach and water solution after being run through the dishwasher. The rinse cycle temperature must be 71C or hotter at the plate's surface (at least 82C at the manifold).
- Notify our office when the dishwasher is able to sanitize dishes. A follow-up inspection will be completed.
