Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Bean sprouts in a cucket found in a warm water bath. Bean sprouts were probed at 16C and a staff mentioned that it has been taken out of a cooler 1 hr ago.
Corrective Action: Bean sprouts are considered as potentially hazardous food and have to be stored at 4C or below. Keep the bean sprouts in an ice bath when left out at room temperature
