-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -quats at 200ppm -dishwasher at >71C at dish -general sanitation good -temps logged daily, ensure corrective actions are also logged. Also be aware when using infrared thermometer in an empty cooler or cooler with reflective surface that temperatures will be inaccurate due to reflection. Several logged temps are likely due to this issue -Ensure new permit is located and posted
