A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - A new electronic temperature monitoring system is being put in place. Each cooler, freezer and dry storage area contains a thermometer that automatically sends real-time temperatures to a computer monitoring system. An alarm sounds and/or manager & supervisors are notified via phone call (during closed hours) when temperatures are not within the set range. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms. - Foods stored in groups. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - All in order.
