Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both sanitizer dispensers did not have quat solution at the time of inspection. Less than 50 ppm quat solution detected in buckets and 2 compartment sink. Sanitizer solution at dispenser were empty. Staff tested in the morning daily and the units were working.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 200 to 400 ppm quat sanitizer is available during operation. Replace all sani buckets and refill with required concentration of sanitizer. Refill supply before they empty at dispensers. Test solution between shifts to ensure required concentration is met.
