Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # AHEN-ATKR47 of Nov-29-2017 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (Sanitizer was not available on-site. Person in Charge mentioned that they were not sure where the bleach bottle is stored however that they will either find it or replace it by this Friday December 1, 2017. Note: Food service is expected to occur this Sunday December 3, 2017 for congregation members and no food service was taking place at the time of inspection. )

Follow up inspection: Code 303 was corrected. Two bottles of unscented household bleach were present on-site to be used to setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Thank you.
