- prep cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- walk in freezer and stand up freezer ambient air temperature -16 degree Celsius ( after lunch)
- small prep cooler ambient air temperature at 6 degree Celsius. (after lunch) Operator advised the temperature was at 4 degree in the morning.
- ceiling in the dish washing area cleaned
- beer walk in cooler and area behind equipment requires further cleaning
