CORRECTION: FOODS ARE NOW BEING STORED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS WITH LIDS IN DRY STORAGE AREA.
REMINDER: ALL BAGS OF DRY GOODS AND INGREDIENTS MUST BE TRANSFERRED TO CLOSED FOOD GRADE CONTAINERS TO PROTECT THEM FROM CONTAMINATION.


305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
CORRECTION: PEST CONTROL IS BEING COMPLETED ON ROUTINE BASIS. LAST PEST CONTROL INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED ON FEB 1, 2019. NO ISSUES WERE NOTED DURING THIS INSPECTION.
NOTE: SOME AREAS OF ENTRY POINTS HAVE NOW BEEN BLOCKED OFF. THIS WILL HELP TO ELIMINATE PEST ENTRY.
