Paper based inspection Report #F233340: Hand delivered health permit to operate. Post in plain public view and read enclosed letter. Hand sink provided with the liquid soap and paper towels. Quats santiizer measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Sandwich cooler and line cooler were at or below 4 deg C. Hot holding was at 60 deg C. Temp. log well maintained General sanitation was satisfactory.
