Observation: Wine glasses are being stored in the sliding door cooler on top of a towel. Staff mentioned that the glasses aren't used. The towel will get moldy and shouldn't be used to store glasses.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the glasses if they're not being used or relocate as discussed.

Observation: None of the staff on-site had Foodsafe Level 1 certification.
Corrective Action(s): The manager must have FS level 1 certification and his/her absence, at least one staff member on-site must have FS level 1 certification. Address this issue by Jan. 31, 2018.
