Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Organic debris observed in the ice dispenser of self-serve beverage machine.
2. Long-standing debris observed on the underside of the self-serve ice-cream nozzle.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Employee cleaned the ice dispenser and ice-cream nozzle during inspection. Great job. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned regular to prevent a build-up of debris and prevent cross contamination.
