Observation: - Sweets food trays exposed in the hallway without protection from contamination.
- Cooked chickpea and yams in the back storage room without protection from contamination.
Corrective Action(s): - No food stored in the hallway.
- Divide cooked food in small portion in the tray and put trays in the carts, and Place an empty tray on the top of the carts.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - 2 pieces of frozen chicken thawed under room temeprature.
Corrective Action(s): - Thaw food under cold running water, or in the walk in cooler.

Observation: - This is a repeat violation. Soiled uniform and aprons stored in a wire rack in the hallway. Flies observed in the back storage room which contaminate cooked food under chilling process.
Corrective Action(s): - Place soiled uniform and aprons in sealed containers.

Observation:
- Bags of onion, sugar, dry chickpea and soiled aprons stocked in the hallway.
- Wall-mounted racks observed to hold alumilum trays in the hallway
- Trays of sweets in the cart sitting in the hallway. No protection from contamination.
- Sanitaiton in the hallway was poor.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove aformentioned food items into the back storage area.
- No food storage in the hallway.
