Routine inspection: -Facility is being used to serve burgers and beer and remain open all year round. -Walk in cooler: 3 C -Front coolers: <=4 C -Freezers: <= -18C -No signs of pest activity noted during inspection -Sanitizer bottles noted 200 ppm QUATS -Ice machine appears to be maintained in sanitary manner -General sanitation satisfactory -Handsinks fully supplied ***staff washroom has hot & cold water, liquid soap but was missing paper towel in dispenser - now napkins will be used until paper towel has been replenished
