Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach and soap pail were not labelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Relabel containers as the labels fade or wear off. Containers were labelled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front Coca-Cola coolers were both at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Food was cooked to greater than 74C.
-Cooked chicken cooling on a cooking sheet in single layers.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach was prepared at 100ppm.
-Sanitizer pail and spray bottle were at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Mandolin slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General food storage practices food at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Minor amounts of rodent droppings observed by the Coca-Cola cooler. Clean and sanitize affected areas and contact pest control as needed.
-Facility serviced by the same professional pest control operator as the supermarket complex.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 08, 2023.
