Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some 4L milk cartons were left at the back entrance without any staff attending them. Internal temperature measured at 7C. Staff stated these milks are being stored.
Corrective Action(s): Do not leave milk unattended under ambient room temperature. Potentially hazardous food such as milk must be stored in cooler as soon as possible after a delivery. Move aforementioned milk cartons into the walk-in cooler.
