Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B5GUVX. A Correction Order was issued.

- All cold potentially hazardous foods (ie tartar sauce) are stored at < or = 4C
- Most food items are covered with plastic wraps
- Mouse droppings have been removed and floors cleaned inside the dry storage room. Professional pest control inspections are conducted monthly.
- A door sweep has been installed to cover the gap at the bottom of the back door in the dry storage room.
- Sanitation has been improved. The areas noted in report DSOG-B5GUVX have been thoroughly deep cleaned. You must implement a regular cleaning schedule.
- Beverage cooler is used only for storing pops.
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
