Observation: The operator mentioned that they ordered a thermometer for the ice cream freezer. A thermometer was not available inside this freezer.

Routine Inspection:
Freezers were -18°C (0°F) or colder.
Food storage areas were clean and organized. The dry storage are was re-organized to separate food from non-food items. The manager mentioned that they have spoken (texted). with head office to order the missing light cover in the dry storage area.
Chocolate was contained in pest-proof containers at the lower shelves in the locked cabinet.
A pest control program Va Abell was started and the pest control operator was available on-site at the time of inspection.
Bleach was available on-site.
