Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated January 29, 2024 there were twenty children, manager and three staff present. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. There were no contraventions identified during this inspection.
The following were discussed with the Manager:
Posting facility license in a prominent and a visible location
Unplugging phone charging cords when not in use

The inspection report was written on-site and details were reviewed with the manager prior to writing the report. A copy of the follow up to routine inspection report and risk assessment is provided to the manager at this inspection.
