Three-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach sanitizer - available at 100 ppm (spray & three-compartment sink); Dry storage - satisfactory (food off the floor & in containers with lids);. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The staff washroom supplied with cold & hot running water; paper towel and liquid soap in dispensers.
