Observation: 1. Dried food debris observed in the bowl of the dough mixer.
2. Growth of biofilm observed inside the ice well at the bar area.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment and area. As for the ice well, discard all ice stored inside. Ensure food equipment and surfaces are maintained in sanitary conditions. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Food stored inside the coolers were covered with saran wrap.
- Opened can food not observed at the time.
- Dough mixer maintained in sanitary condition.
- Ice well at the bar area cleaned and sanitized.
- No other concerns noted at the time of inspection.
