Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the kitchen facility. Rodent infestation ongoing. No dead rodents observed in traps during inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Continue to utilize the services of Pest Control Company to monitor and trap for rodents.
Thorough cleaning is required daily on all food preparation surfaces to prevent any potential contamination and deep cleaning of floors and lower shelves where activity is observed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was observed to be propped open with door stop upon arrival of EHO.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff or delivery personnel are not leaving back door open. Building struggles with Pest Infestation at present therefore kitchen needs to be sealed to prevent entry of pests into area.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following places:
- Lower shelf of beige cart in dry storage area
- Lower shelf of beige cart in servery area
- Floor under vegetable preparation table
- Lower shelf of stainless steel shelving unit adjacent to grill
- Lower shelf of work table under toasters
- Floor in front of two door undercounter cooler unit at pass-thru

Corrective Action(s): Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated.
Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician.
