Observation: The following items require cleaning:
-Under and around all equipment on the cookline
-Under 2 compartment sink in the dishpit and the wall
-inside of the shelves where baking trays are located lots of debris in the shelves
-Under all wire racks in dry storage area
-outside of all bins and wire racks in the dry storage area
-Clean and repair shelf under dipper well, it is very rusty and items are still being stored there
-Around the entire perimeter of the restaurant where the floor meets the wall
-all fridge and freezer doors and handles as they very sticky and/or greasy

Observation: Repair/replace shelf under dipper well it is very rusty possibly due to water leak
Corrective Action(s): Shelf must be smooth, impervious and easily cleanable. In the meantime coffee pots cannot be stored there.
