Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at >200 ppm chlorine, resulted in bleaching out the test paper. 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer prepared at this time. (2ml bleach / 1 L water).

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Only one hand washing station available for the kitchen. Observed ~10 staffs in 5 different stations.
Correction: Install additional hand washing stations as per the Correction Order issued today. Correct this by: May 5, 2023.

Follow up to the report JGUU-CRHR83 conducted:
Two hand washing stations are installed by a professional plumber. One near prep station and the other near the packing station. Fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. P-trap for the hand sink near packing station was not visible. The operator cited that they had to install it under the floor where main plumbing is located at.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Interim measure in place for open ended pipe. It no longer drips water. Work order is in place for a long term solution.
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
All coolers measured at 4C or less. Cooler C3 was measured at 4C at this time. The operator wishes to have a technician assess the cooler C3 prior to using it.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
General food storage practice is good.
General sanitation is adequate.
