Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Samosa and sandwich products stored in the display case cooler were not kept less than or equal to 4C. Internal temperature of egg sandwich was at 13C and samosas were at 9C. Food products were discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Interior of ice machine was again noted to be unsanitary as there was a build-up of mold or mildew growing on the condenser panel. Turn off the machine, discard the ice product, and have the unit thoroughly washed and sanitized.

Observation: Sandwich cooler not in good working order as it is incapable of keeping food items less than or equal to 4C. Ambient air temperature of the unit was at 10C. Last temperature record was on July 12, 2018. Do not use the cooler unit to store cold potentially hazardous foods until it is capable of keeping foods less than or equal to 4C and re-inspected by an Environmental Health officer. Cooler unit needs to be repaired.
