Observation: None of the sanitizer spray bottles were found to be labelled at the time of inspection. Spray bottles of cleaning agents and sanitizers were found stored on/near the food preparation counters.
Corrective Action(s): All chemicals/cleaners/santizers in spray bottles must be accurately labelled for contents. Store the spray bottles in a designated area away from food prep/storage areas once finished using them (immediately)

* Ensure to write down the actual concentration of Ostro San Quats sanitizer while completing sanitizer log. Ostro San must be used at 200 ppm or less as per manufacturer's instructions.
* Do not store buckets of soups/stock near shelves used for storing raw meats/poultry. Maintain separation between raw chicken/meats and ready to eat foods at all times.

Walk-in freezer below -18 degrees C.
Sandwich preparation cooler below 4 degrees C.
Upright coolers below 4 degrees C.
Juice dispenser at 5 degrees C.
Under-counter refrigerator at 2.3 degrees C.
Hot holding of soups and lasagna was 79 C. ( Ideal temperature is 60-65 C).
Dishwasher reached 75.6 degrees C during final rinse.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at all hand sinks.
Temperature, dishwasher and sanitizer logs are up to date.
General sanitation is good.
