Introduction

An unscheduled/scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing of Practice (DLSP). All categories of care were inspected for compliance

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated October 12, 2023 there were 2 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The following conversation was had with staff member on site: - Staff member confirmed that the Preschool program and the School age program do not have enrollment presently. The Preschool/SA room was observed as being set up, clean and organized. - Lead in the Water - flush the pipes before using - Staff said that the children do not use the water from the tap. The facility has filtered water if children need to drink water.
